Just an FYI, Mother’s day is in less than two weeks, so if you haven’t bought your momma something yet, you better get to it!
Now I know that a whole bunch of us (yes, me included) are a on a budget lately, so I rounded up a whole bunch of my favorite Mother’s Day gifts and they’re all super affordable!
There’s nothing I hate more than to see a blogger I love showing off the cutest top or shoes or handbag and then realizing it’s like $86097003838 million dollars, am I right? So here ya have it! The ultimate affordable mother’s day gift guide – with gifts all under $30.

All the things that actually say mom:
I’m a sucker for all this sentimental stuff, so as a new mom, I love wearing all the shirts and necklaces and pretty much anything that says “mom.”
For the jewelry lover:
This is pretty much my go-to gift for my grandma every year, because what the heck do you get someone who has everything they need? Apparently, just more jewelry.
All things home decor:
Anthropologie is life, guys. And if I could afford to buy every single one of these things, I would. But since I don’t have that kinda money (yet – staying positive, ya know), I’d totally settle for just one of these pieces every once in a while.
Shoes + accessories:
I don’t buy expensive shoes and accessories. Wanna know why? Because I destroy them. My shoes are always scuffed, I tend to sit on my sunglasses, and my purses are always a hot mess after a couple of months. So these here are perfect because they’re super cute without breaking the bank.
Pajamas – aka mom uniform:
I’ve spent more hours in pajamas over the last 4 months than in actual clothes, so naturally, pajamas have made it onto the gift guide. #noshameinmygame
Beauty + makeup faves:
For those rare days when I actually feel like putting on some makeup and not neglecting my skin, here are some awesome products all under $30.
Spring/Summer fashion:
Yes, moms are busy raising their children while somehow trying to stay sane, but it’s not a crime to look cute while they’re doing it! Here are some of my favorite affordable looks for spring/summer!
I wish my mom would be into this kind of stuff – it would make her a lot easier to buy for! But she doesn’t wear jewelry or makeup or anything nice anymore, so I tend to buy her stuff I know she’ll actually use around the house – like a tool kit or gift cards for the grocery store.
Not terribly impressive, but I’d rather buy her something she’ll use and enjoy rather than something that’ll make her wonder if her daughter knows her at all, right?!
My mom likes classy things. Not too colorful, not too blingy, not too patterned. What should I get her? FYI, this is for Christmas.
