Happy Halloween guys! I’ll keep this short and sweet! I’m totally obsessed with this food blog called What’s Gaby Cooking, so I decided to try out one of her recipes for marshmallow popcorn treats and yea, they’re kind of delicious!
Here’s what you need:
- 16 ounces of mini marshmallows
- 8 cups of popped popcorn
- 8 ounces white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Halloween sprinkles!
STEP #1: Pop the popcorn. To get the 8 cups of popcorn I used a little less than two of the popcorn bags.
STEP #2: Melt the white chocolate. Stick the chocolate in the microwave for 85 seconds. 30 seconds, mix. 30 seconds, mix. 15 seconds, mix. and then 10 seconds, mix.
STEP #3: Pour the melted chocolate all over the popcorn. Mix and coat evenly.
STEP #4: Pour in your Halloween sprinkles!
STEP #5: Grab a large pot and melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, pour in the marshmallows and mix until they melt. (Probably a good idea to mix on medium heat so they don’t burn.)
STEP #6: Pour the melted marshmallows over the popcorn mix. Watch it get nice and gooey!
STEP #7: Place evenly into a baking dish. Put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes to harden.
STEP #8: Cut up into square pieces and enjoy!
